Albert Einstein arrived in the United States as a refugee from
Nazi Germany. In 1933, Einstein -- already a prominent German
scientist -- was accused of treason by the Third Reich, and
his books were burned. He sought refuge in the United States
and then used his influence and financial resources to obtain
visas for other refugees.

important thing is not to stop questioning."
